Description  Under special marriage act 1954, same day court marriage is not possible as 30 day notice period required. However in special situation where marriage is performed by religious ceremony , marriage can be registered without 30 day notice period. So technically marriage can be registered same day or quickly comparing to marriage under special marriage act 1954. 

                            Title Inter caste court marriage 

Description Inter caste court marriage is marriage between groom and bride with different caste, marriage can be registered under special marriage act 1954.  Inter caste court marriage is legal in India and can be done without consent of parents. However bride and groom should meet other criteria of court marriage eg. minimum age, sound mental health, should be unmarried etc.

Title Court Marriage Punjab 

Description Court marriage in punjab is usually governed by special marriage act 1956. It does allow civil marriage without religious ceremony however need notice period to register marriage. If court is in hurry of marriage, then marriage can be done using religious ceremony and registered later, however certain conditions need to be met before doing same.

Tittle Online court marriage

Description Court marriage can't be done online completely i.e bride and groom need to be present in marriage registrar office along with witnesses. However some process of court marriage can be done online eg. fill application form, upload documents, taking appointment etc. which can be time saving and cost effective option for couple.

                         Title Court marriage rules and eligibility

Description  A groom should be minimum 21 years and bride 18 years. Both of them should be single, sound mental health and not under prohibited relationship. There are no special rules for court marriage if you meet eligibility criteria you need to follow prescribed procedure , fulfill  requirements eg. pay fee, provide documents , be present along with witnesses etc.
